Aequus Developments has acquired an area of surplus car park land at Keynsham Health Centre from the NHS Property Team.

We are preparing to submit a planning application for the development of seven family homes, with vehicle access proposed from St Clements Road.

We are keen to hear the views of local residents and the wider community. You are invited to view the proposed plans and share any comments or observations by emailing enquiries@aequusconstruction.co.uk.

Once the planning application has been submitted, you will also be able to view the application and submit comments directly through the Local Planning Authority’s Planning Portal as part of the formal consultation process.
