BACKGROUND:
This 1960’s building was once a busy office used by Bath & North East Somerset Council staff. However, as part of the Keynsham redevelopment a new state of the art office space was purposely built and staff moved into the new Council office, Civic Centre, Keynsham in 2015. The derelict office then stood empty for the next 3 years and ACL saw potential in redeveloping this building in to modern and sustainable living space. B&NES Council approved the development and in 2018 ACL took possession of the old office building and set work on transforming the building into a high-end development of 95 modern, contemporary and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments designed for busy, modern professionals who appreciate the fine balance between city working and country living.
