Internals starting to take shape on the first units.  

Progress continues in a number of areas including door linings, bathroom boxing and plumbing, insulation, party walls, ceilings.

Good progress continues at St Josephs Court and this week saw the brickwork continuing and completed for the first of the units.  We also saw the commencement of installations of the Mechanical Ventilation and Heating Recovery systems

Existing roof finishes have been completely removed with new felt and batten installation underway. Barge & fascia boards have been installed to existing roof structure with decoration underway. Removal of all existing rafters nears completion in preparation for raising the central roof area. The chimney stack is being dismantled...

Scaffold is now erected and roofing works to commence.  Internal works continue to progress with floor demolitions. Bird cage scaffold is up where the new staircase will go ready for the roof modification works.
