Sally brings a wealth of experience from the commercial and housing sectors.  She is currently group chair of the Rooftop Housing Group, advisory committee member for the Growth Impact Fund and managing director of In a Box Services Ltd

With a forty-year career, Brian has earned a reputation as an exceptional leader in the housing sector. His experience encompasses executive management, finance regeneration, supported living, and governance. Over the years, Brian has held influential positions, notably serving as Group Chief Executive for Your Housing Group and Arena Housing Group. In these roles, they drove bold growth strategies, steered major mergers, fostered cultural transformation, and managed complex financial initiatives, all while maintaining high standards of service for over 100,000 residents. Beyond executive responsibilities, Brian has cultivated broad board-level experience across diverse sectors, including education, housing, audit, risk, and public-interest organisations. 

Tessa brings a wealth of experience from across the not-for-profit and charity sectors, with a strong foundation as a chartered accountant. She began her career in a leading accountancy firm followed by a senior role with a national housing and care provider. Over the years, Tessa has held both executive and non-executive roles, with expertise spanning finance, HR, governance, risk, and estates management.

Tessa’s non-executive roles have been focussed in the housing sector, where her deep financial expertise and strategic focus have made her a respected board member and an effective chair of audit and risk committees.

Alex is Professor of Architecture at the University of Bath. He worked in private architectural practice for 15 years before accepting a full-time academic position in 2005. Alex is an expert advisor to the Ministerial Advisory Group for the Department for Communities (Northern Ireland), Chair of the Swindon Design Review Panel for Creating Excellence and served two consecutive terms as a Board Member for the Architects Registration Board.

Vic’s career spans more than 30 years in Housing Development. He has over the last three years been working in senior interim roles for Local Authority Housing Companies.  For much of his career Vic has led Development teams including as a Development Director of a Housing Association for a period of 7 years. He has also held roles as a Partnership Director of a private company and worked as an independent consultant.
