Great progress has been made on site with both blocks now water-tight and first fix works moving along nicely. Smartply airtightness boarding is nearing completion to the top floor of Block One, first fix electrics are ongoing in Block Two, and gypsum board and screed board installations are also close to completion.

DPM, insulation, flanking insulation and isolator membranes are installed throughout, screeding is underway, and brickwork to Block Two has now reached first floor level. Solid progress all round and a great effort from everyone on site.
