We are pleased to announce that Argyle Works has officially been completed and handed over to Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The scheme delivers eight affordable, energy-efficient apartments (EPC A) on a logistically challenging infill site with complex ground conditions, contributing to the delivery of the right homes in the right places for the local community. It stands as a strong example of how well considered development can make effective use of available land while addressing the growing demand for high quality social housing in the area.

It was a pleasure to work in partnership with local contractor H. Mealing & Sons Ltd., who commenced work in December 2023, and Bath-based architects Mitchell Eley Gould. The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, and we are grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail throughout.
